How can I rent a bike?

Register or Log in

Register as a new courier or log in on the Cachet booking platform.

Choose time slots

Choose a suitable time slot for your deliveries.

Pay

Enter your info and pay with a credit card.

Pick up bike

Arrive at our Hub 15 min before your slot.

Return bike

Bring back the bike to the Hub by the time your slot(s) end.

Repeat

Book your next slot(s). No long-term commitment.

To change the booking simply email your local hub tallinn@vokbikes.com or vilnius@vokbikes.com. NB! Currently, we allow changes only up to 24 hours before the time of the relevant slot.

To pick up and return your bike, you will need to go to a Vok Hub – the rental and repairs place for our bikes.
